संस्थान प्रशिक्षित प्रगतिशील किसानो द्वारा अनुसूचित जाति समुदाय का सशक्तिकरण पर एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला एवं प्रदर्शनी

भा.कृ.अनु.प.- कें.उ.बा.सं., रहमानखेड़ा में दिनांक 23.10.2019 को अनुसूचित जाति उपयोजना के अंतर्गत मलिहाबाद ब्लॉक के विभिन्न गांव से अनुसूचित जाति के किसानों को आमंत्रित करके एक कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें 250 से अधिक किसानों ने भाग लिया। इस कार्यशाला में किसानों द्वारा प्रतिभागियों के लिए विभिन्न तकनीकी सत्र आयोजित किये गए। जिसमे प्रतिभागियों के आय उत्थान हेतु फार्मर फर्स्ट परियोजना के अंतर्गत संस्थान द्वारा प्रशिक्षित एवं लाभान्वित किसानों द्वारा पोषण वाटिका, बागो में लागत प्रभावी मुर्गी पालन, विदेशी सब्जियों की खेती, आम के बाग में हल्दी की अंतर्वस्तु, फलो की नर्सरी, सुदूर बाजार में आम की विपणन, कच्चे आम के फलो का मूल्यवर्धन विषयो पर व्यावहारिक ज्ञानवर्धन किया गया। इस अवसर पर, संस्थान के निदेशक डॉ. शैलेन्द्र राजन ने सामुदायिक सशक्तिकरण के लिए कृषि प्रौद्योगिकीयां एवं संस्थान की भूमिका पर अपने विचार रखे। कार्यशाला का समन्वय प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डॉ. अशोक कुमार, डॉ. मनीष मिश्रा एवं डॉ. आभा सिंह द्वारा किया गया।

Under Scheduled Caste sub-plan, a workshop was organized by inviting SC farmers from various villages of Malihabad block on 23.10.2019 at ICAR-CISH, Rehmankhera. In which more than 250 farmers were participated. In this workshop, various technical sessions were organized by the farmers for the participants. The practical knowledge on nutri-garden, cost-effective poultry farming in orchards, cultivation of exotic vegetables, turmeric content in mango orchard, fruits-nursery, marketing of mango in remote market, value addition of raw mango for enhancing the income were given the farmers that were trained and benefitted under Farmer First Project. Director of the Institute, Dr. Shailendra Rajan emphasized about the role of agricultural technologies and institutes for community empowerment. The workshop were coordinated by Principal Scientists, Dr. Ashok Kumar, Dr. Manish Mishra and Dr. Abha Singh.
